Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase. We’ll let you know if anything is delayed.
$14 New Zealand Post Rural Delivery, 2–5 business days
Duties and taxes
Orders shipping outside New Zealand may attract import duties or taxes in the destination country. These are set by that country’s customs authority, are not included in the price you pay us, and are the responsibility of the person receiving the order. Your courier will contact you if anything is owing.
Tracking
A tax invoice is emailed to you when you place your order. A shipment confirmation with your tracking number is emailed once your order leaves us.
Everywhere else
If you’re outside the five countries above and there’s something you want, email us at hello@blankspacethestore.com and we’ll quote you on shipping, duties and taxes. We reserve the right to decline an order at our discretion, including after a quote has been given.
A few things to note
During sales and peak periods your order may take a little longer to get out the door. We’ll ship it unless something unforeseen comes up, in which case we’ll contact you directly.
Please check your delivery address before you check out. Once an order has been delivered we’re not responsible for loss or damage to it.
