Free Gift With Purchase — Terms & Conditions

Buy any item from the Scotch & Soda range and receive a Body Souffle & Bath Salt Gift Set free of charge. These terms set out how the offer works and what happens if you return your order.

1. The offer

1. Every order containing at least one Scotch & Soda item qualifies for one free Body Souffle & Bath Salt Gift Set.
2. There is no minimum spend. Any single Scotch & Soda item is enough.
3. One gift is given per order, regardless of how many Scotch & Soda items that order contains.
4. The offer runs until 11.59pm on Wednesday 30 September 2026, or until we run out of gift sets, whichever comes first.

2. How the gift is applied

1. Online, the gift is offered at the cart once a Scotch & Soda item is added. Accept it and the price is discounted to $0.00 automatically. No code is required.
2. If the gift does not appear, add the Body Souffle & Bath Salt Gift Set to your cart yourself. The discount is applied at checkout.
3. In store, ask at the counter and we will add it to your bag.
4. If every Scotch & Soda item is removed from your cart, the gift is removed with it. You will never be charged for a gift you no longer qualify for.

3. Returns, exchanges and refunds

1. Change of mind. If you return Scotch & Soda items because you have changed your mind, please return the gift set as well, unused and sealed. If you keep the gift, $29.95 will be deducted from your store credit.
2. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply in full and are not affected by this offer. You keep the gift and nothing is deducted.
3. Exchanges. Exchanging one Scotch & Soda item for another does not affect your gift. Keep it.
4. Partial returns. If you return some Scotch & Soda items but keep at least one, you keep the gift and nothing is deducted.

4. General

1. The gift has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for another product, a discount, or credit.
2. The gift does not count towards our free shipping threshold.
3. The offer cannot be combined with any other gift with purchase offer. Existing product markdowns and free shipping apply as normal.
4. Gift sets are limited and allocated in the order received. We may end the offer early if stock runs out.
5. We may correct obvious pricing or system errors, and may withdraw or amend this offer at any time. Any change will not affect orders already placed.
6. These terms sit alongside our returns policy and terms and conditions. Where they differ, these terms apply to this offer.
7. This offer is governed by New Zealand law.
