How our outlet works
Everything here is past season stock that has been marked down once and priced clearly. There is no countdown timer, no invented urgency and no stacking of codes on top of a markdown. What you see is what it costs.
We mark down once, properly, rather than dropping five percent a week and training everybody to wait. When a size runs out we do not restock it, because the whole point of the outlet is to clear what is already here.
What ends up in here
Mens and womens clothing, footwear and accessories from the labels we stock, including Federation, Huffer, Scotch & Soda, Rodd & Gunn and Garcia, alongside past season pieces from our own Blank Space Label.
Most of it is last season's colour rather than anything wrong with it. Some of it is a size run that came in unbalanced. None of it is seconds, and anything with a fault is described as faulty on the product page and priced accordingly.
Sizes
Size availability is the thing to watch in an outlet. What is listed is what is left, and it thins out fastest in the middle sizes. If a size is showing, it is in the building and will dispatch within 48 hours.
Returns on marked down stock
Outlet pieces return on the same terms as everything else: 14 days in New Zealand, 30 days internationally, store credit once the return passes our check. We do not treat a markdown as final sale.
