Sweat is one of the signs of a normal, healthy integumentary system. So our objective will never be to stop sweat, to do so ignores the natural functions of the body and our health. But we do aim to stop odour and mask the effects of sweat, we do this with ‘Blanco’.Humans are designed to sweat, armpits in particular have evolved as a key component in our bodies heat management and toxin excretion systems –mess with these at your peril. Sending toxins away from armpits back into the body only creates stress elsewhere by asking other parts of our natural excretion and perspiration systems to do more than what they are designed to do. So promoting the complete blocking of sweat in the name of self-confidence or comfort is not our bag.Our ethos is to work with the body’s natural flow by working with it to limit excess moisture and control the aromas created through the excretion of sweat.It’s this control of aroma that we are most interested in. With our deodorant Blanco, the goal is to limit body odour by impairing the bacteria that produce it, dousing them with fragrant notes of Bergamot and Lime.

Items may be returned to us at Blank Space The Store for a store credit to the value of the item purchased. Shipping costs will never be included in the store credit price unless the product is faulty. Please note returns must be received within 14 days of the date of delivery (including weekend days) to be eligible for store credit. 


ALL SALE ITEMS are excluded from our returns policy. This includes all items purchased at less than the RRP as advertised by Blank Space The Store, regardless of the promotion type. This includes any item purchased with a discount code, or an instore discount. Any sale item that is returned to us will be shipped back to you AT YOUR OWN COST.


Items purchased on preorder are able to be returned for a store credit as normal. A preorder item is a specially ordered item. Please note that preorders cannot be cancelled for a refund, we can only offer a STORE CREDIT. From time to time preorders may be delayed and we advise that you should be aware of this before purchasing. Only preorders delayed by 4 weeks or more are eligible for a full refund following cancellation of the order prior to dispatch. Please play close attention to the expected delivery time stated on preorders and bear this in mind when ordering.  

Any special item that has been ordered in by us at your request cannot be returned for store credit. Please choose carefully when asking us to do specialty orders.


Due to hygiene reasons we also do not accept the return of the following items:

As with any returned sale item, the above items will also be returned to you at your own cost.


We do not offer exchanges, instead we issue you a store credit code which you can use to repurchase an alternative size/colour. To return an item, please download and print off the returns form below. Please fill out all the information and send it back to us with your item. The address for return is as follows:

All postage costs incurred when returning items to us, will be covered by you, the customer. We suggest using a courier with tracking to ensure we safely receive the goods. The item you return to us, must be in immaculate condition, with no marks, smells or wear and tear. If an item is returned in a less than acceptable condition we will immediately return the item back to the you, no store credit or refund will be offered. The item must also have the original tags and packaging to be accepted back as a return.


We work hard to dispatch your order within 24 hours of it being placed, if not sooner. All orders placed before 2pm NZT Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm NZT will be dispatched the following working day. 

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any amendments to the payment method or items in your order so please be careful in reviewing your items, delivery address and payment method before completing your purchase.

Unfortunately once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled for a refund, instead it will follow in accordance with our Returns Policy.


No returns, exchanges or store credits will be offered on any sale item. No exceptions.  

When you send your items back to us please expect a reply and store credit within 7 - 10 business working days, however whilst we advertise this wait time our returns team do aim to have returns processed faster than this.   



Faulty items may be returned at any time, but obvious faults should be returned ASAP. The item at fault will be then sent back to our supplier for further investigation. We will keep in contact with you regarding replacement or repair in concordance with the supplier’s suggestion. Failing availability of a replacement we will provide a full cash refund / store credit, dependent on the situation. All postage costs incurred to get the goods back to us, will not be covered by us immediately. In time after further investigation the postage fees may be refunded back, dependent on the situation. On the returns form please add into the notes that your returning a faulty item.

Orders received by 12 noon/midday NZST Monday to Friday will be dispatched on that business day. Orders made on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be dispatched on the following business day. At peak times there may be dispatch delays and our Customer Service team will keep you informed.

If you do not receive your order within the specified time frame, please contact us via email at so we can look into it further.


A tax invoice will be sent to you via email after you place an order. A shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will have the tracking number for your order. You can use this number on the New Zealand Post website to check the status and location of your parcel.
