Orders received by 12 noon/midday NZST Monday to Friday will be dispatched on that business day. Orders made on a Saturday and Sunday or public holiday will be dispatched on the following business day. At peak times there may be dispatch delays and our Customer Service team will keep you informed.
If you do not receive your order within the specified time frame, please contact us on +64 27 898 8952 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look into it further.
A tax invoice will be sent to you via email after you place an order. A shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will have the tracking number for your order. You can use this number on the New Zealand Post website to check the status and location of your parcel.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you change your mind about a purchase from us, we will refund the purchase price for store credit, subject to the following conditions:
- Item('s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase;
- You must provide your name and address;
- The returned item('s) must not be the following: swimwear, underwear, jewellery and cosmetics.
- NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on any DISCOUNTED or SALE ITEMS.
- The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.
Once the item has been received it will undergo a quality review and once approved, you will receive your online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned which can be simply exchanged for another size if chosen. We reserve the right to refuse the return if there are signs that the item has been washed, worn, damaged or it is not up to saleable quality.
With the online store credit. We will email you with your credit code, which is in the form of a gift card. Using your gift card credit code is easy! Just hop onto our website and add items you like into your cart as usual. When you get to checkout just insert your unique credit code into the block that's located in the top right hand of your screen and click 'Apply' then proceed as you normally do to complete your order.
Please send your returns back to us at 79 Main Street Fairlie, Mackenzie, New Zealand, 7925 within 14 days after receiving your order.
If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. Please note that any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion are considered the responsibility of the customer, and will not be refunded.

WARRANTY RETURNS POLICY
Customers are covered for 90 days after the original purchase date if there is a defect, fault or failure due to the manufacturing process. Unfortunately we cannot cover a fault or damage caused by wear and tear, improper use or accident.
We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If we do not have a replacement available we will send the item back to the supplier to replace or credit us. We will then send you a replacement if they have it or offer you either a credit or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
