The Holiday Collection fragrances are poured into a covetable brushed aluminium gold vessel, a limited edition vessel available for the holiday season.

The Goldie Candle provides a delicately scented burn for up to 90 hours.

We hope you love your purchase as much as we do, but if not here’s what to do. In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind we will happily provided a store credit if the following conditions have been met:

  1. Your items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and a returns form completed.
  2. Items must be in the original condition as purchased with all labels/tickets attached.

Unfortunately, we cannot return or exchange any sale or discounted items. Please choose carefully if you are purchasing an item on sale.

Provided the conditions have been met, your store credit will be processed. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please note that we are not responsible for any delivery costs, unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).



Shipment processing times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that during high-volume periods, processing time may take longer than usual.


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost of shipping is free for all orders over $300. For orders under $300, the cost for standard shipping is $10 and $14 for rural delivery.

Tracking orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Damaged or lost items

If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include providing a refund or replacement.

Custom and import taxes

Please note that customers may be responsible for paying any customs or import taxes that may be applied to international orders.
