Orders received by 12 noon/midday NZST Monday to Friday will be dispatched on that business day. Orders made on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be dispatched on the following business day. At peak times there may be dispatch delays and our Customer Service team will keep you informed.
If you do not receive your order within the specified time frame, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look into it further.
A tax invoice will be sent to you via email after you place an order. A shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will have the tracking number for your order. You can use this number on the New Zealand Post website to check the status and location of your parcel.
