Orders received by 12 noon/midday NZST Monday to Friday will be dispatched on that business day. Orders made on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be dispatched on the following business day. At peak times there may be dispatch delays and our customer service team will keep you informed.

We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered to where you have authorised delivery.
A tax invoice will be sent to you via email after you place an order. A shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will have the tracking number for your order.
